Yoga,Cooking,Camping,Soft music and Meditation Retreat was  simply a peaceful experience. Arranged  on a  hilly camp site in the south of our lovely Bangalore city.
Identify limitations of our conditioned self that hold us back from being our best self.

Whilst maintaining a sense of grounding, they developed ‘observer skills’ that  takes them on an awakening journey towards meeting aspects of their true self, and will leaves this delightful place with a heightened awareness of walking their own path.
The serene, peaceful location that we have carefully chosen perfectly complemented the grounding that we wished for our participants  to work from

These tribes  have a rich knowledge of flora and fauna, and their wilderness survival skills are fascinating to observe and learn about.
The perfect place to escape to and re-connect with your inner self
This magical hill is truly special and this is reflected in the smiles of local tribal instructors – some of the nicest people you will ever encounter.

A Successful Retreat in Nilgiri !

Our retreat at the Emerald estate was beautiful. As well as daily yoga we meditated, cooked, and had the pleasure of an amazing learning journey with over 20 classes on various subjects . It was creative and had something for everyone to gain from. People left with big smiles and we can’t help but feel grateful! Can’t wait to share a similar retreat again soon…
Love All,Hurt None.

Am there ,,But to be truthful, I still don’t know the answer.
